What's that on my penis?

I'm a circumcised 47-year-old man, and I have about a dozen tiny white bumps just under the urethra opening on my penis—relatively symmetrical in shape. I've looked at the references to pearly penile papules but mine don't look exactly like the photos. I've always had them since I was young. They're not painful or itchy, just unsightly. What are they?

They are almost certainly pearly white papules which are tiny white skin papules on or near the head of your penis. In circumcised men they can dry up and fall off. In uncircumcised men they can be more prominent. But that doesn't mean circumcised men can't have them, because often they do, especially on the under surface of the penis near the head. If I were you I wouldn't worry, but to be sure you can always go to a urologist.

Allergic to latex?

In what way would a latex allergy present itself in a receptive anal partner?

Often the person would notice redness or cracking of the skin with itching. The problem is that these are very non-specific symptoms and many other causes can produce the same symptoms. Allergies to lubricants, soaps, toilet paper and even food products can cause the same problems as can skin disorders like eczema and psoriasis.

If you don't have sex for several days and your skin improves then you may very well have a latex allergy. Another way to check would be to see if you have a reaction to a condom on your penis. Good luck

Pure Vitamin E and safer sex...

I have recently begun a daily application of pure vitamin E oil (12,000 i.u.) to the area on and around my genitals and anus. Keeping these areas well-moisturized seems to enhance the sensitivity of my skin, especially when I am being rimmed. But being a safer-sex bottom, I have begun to wonder if the vitamin E oil would diminish the efficacy of latex condoms. Should I be concerned?

Vitamin E is an oil based compound and if present can theoretically damage latex condoms. I would avoid rubbing it on your genitals or anal area immediately before sex.
